1. No Standard Refund Policy

In accordance with Swiss law, there is no automatic right to return or receive a refund for online purchases. Therefore, all sales made through our store are final.

2. No Right of Withdrawal

Under Swiss law, the right of withdrawal (as applicable in the European Union) does not apply to distance or online sales. Therefore, once an order has been confirmed and paid for, it cannot be canceled or refunded unless expressly agreed to by us in exceptional circumstances.
